10% Buyers Premium, Online only auction ending Wednesday July 13th at 12:00 noon. Online bidding site is www.gavinbros.hibid.com. High bidder will sign a standard offer to purchase with no contingencies and pay $ 5,000.00 down as nonrefundable earnest money within 24 hours of the auction close.
