Buyers must register and be approved to bid prior to bidding at auction. 4.5% Buyers Fee to be added on top of final bid price. $20,000 non refundable earnest money per parcel due on day of sale, remainder due at closing within 45 days of auction. Buyers to sign contingency free sales contract immediately following sale. Property is being sold AS-IS. Contract is contingency free, each potential bidder is responsible for inspecting property and arranging financing prior to auction.
